  Software Development

  At Parachute, everyone's a technologist. Building & maintaining software products is a core part of our day-to-day, including in the work we do for our clients.

  We're not a 'dev shop' though. We use software development as a tool for improving business outcomes, not as an output in itself, so if you're looking to get through a backlog of work, we're probably not for you.

• Technology & Delivery

  When it's hard to get features shipped, launch dates are continually pushed back, bugs are causing frequent rework and the list of features is growing faster than they can be built, it's often difficult to know where to start with diagnosing the cause of the problem, let alone fixing it.

  Agencies will happily sell you a silver bullet of a particular technology or process, but we know from painful experience these 'quick fixes' do more harm than good.

  Over the years we've learned to spot the sticking points and know when to deploy appropriate methods to get cadence and flow back into software delivery. We're confident about this, because we do it ourselves every day.

  Our approach is agile, but not dogmatic. One size does not fit all and we know the important thing is the impact software makes on your business, not codifying the process of building it.
